This small two bedroom, one bath, 1930's-style home was donated to Habitat.  The board members have decided to remodel this home to use as an office/headquarters.

Dallas County Habitat for Humanity has been building and renovating homes for low-income families since 1994.  In all that time, the group has not had a permanent office or meeting spot.  To increase community awareness of our organization and ongoing mission, the board decided our affiliate needs a physical address.  The building will be a place for monthly board meetings, volunteer gatherings, educational programs and client meetings.

The renovation process will retain the basic home style and layout.  In the future, if the board is presented with a better office location, this small house can still be used as a home for an individual or retired couple.

Kitchen remodel
