Have you always wanted to own your own home, but rising property prices, low wages and other expenses have put your dream on hold? We may be able to help.
Dallas County Habitat volunteers remodel old homes and build new modest-sized, affordable and efficient homes. We sell them, at no profit, to families in need who partner with us. These families work hard alongside our volunteers to build their own home or the homes of others. They pay closing costs and an affordable no-interest mortgage.

SPECIAL PROJECTS
If you own a home, you know home maintenance is important. Repairs and basic improvements are sometimes quite expensive. These projects may be out of reach for families struggling to pay bills and keep food on the table.

Dallas County Affiliate strives to address a few Special Projects each year for neighbors in need. Volunteers provide free labor and the homeowner makes small monthly payments to repay the materials cost.
