This January marked a heartwarming milestone for Dallas County Habitat for Humanity as we celebrated the dedication of the Stanley Street Home and welcomed its new owners, Aundrea Dinger and family.

Celebrating Homeownership

On January 5th, Aundrea signed a no-interest mortgage, making homeownership possible for her family. Shortly after, Habitat Board members gathered to dedicate the home, sharing in the joy and excitement of this new chapter for this family.

Building Dreams Together

The journey to this moment was a true community effort. Over the past two years, volunteers, fundraisers, and generous donors came together to turn a vision into reality. Major construction was powered by a unique partnership with the Dallas County Technical Center, Construction Technology students, who brought skill and dedication to every step of the build.
