Dallas County Habitat for Humanity is pleased to share that we have received a $10,000 grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund, made possible through a partnership with O’Bannon Bank.

This support is an investment in our mission and in the families we serve. Grants like this help us continue building safe, stable, and affordable housing here in Dallas County.

About the Member Impact Fund

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund is a matching grant program designed to encourage partnerships between member financial institutions and eligible nonprofit or organizations working to support affordable housing and community development. Through the program, member institutions can help bring additional resources to organizations meeting important local needs.

How This Grant Helps Habitat

Dallas County Habitat for Humanity will use this funding to continue helping local families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership. Each gift, grant, and volunteer hour helps move our work forward and creates lasting benefits for families and neighborhoods across our community.

We are especially grateful to O’Bannon Bank for choosing to partner with us through this opportunity. Their support reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the Buffalo community and helping more families have access to safe and affordable housing.

Thank you to O’Bannon Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines for investing in Habitat’s mission and in the future of Dallas County families.
