Despite the cold December weather, Habitat for Humanity's enthusiastic volunteers gathered for a unique seasonal project. They worked together to turn an ordinary hay wagon into a colorful parade float for the annual Buffalo, Missouri Christmas Parade.

With decorations and laughter, the team created a float that would make Santa proud. Santa himself joined the fun on the float, waving and tossing candy to delighted onlookers alongside his enthusiastic cowboy crew.

The parade wouldn’t have been complete without LeRoy Laudenbach, who expertly pulled the colorful float through town with one of his trusty tractors.

It was a joyful day of community, creativity, and connection—proof that even the coldest weather can’t dampen the holiday spirit when Habitat volunteers are involved. Thanks to everyone who helped make this year’s parade a memorable celebration.
